About The Position
Kforce has a client in Denver, CO that is seeking a Senior Business Analyst. The Senior BA will act as the principal liaison for business stakeholders and as a key point-of-contact to Technology Services, internal/external agencies, and vendors on their behalf. The role involves facilitating team understanding and eliciting requirements for systems, integrations, and future state functionality. The Senior BA will partner with business stakeholders to identify problems/opportunities, assist in developing these into projects/initiatives, and work within Technology Services to move these into the project pipeline. Understanding business processes and system capabilities for complex, integrated systems is essential. The Senior BA will work with vendors to understand system intricacies and process needs to advocate for the best possible solution, utilizing Azure Dev Ops (ADO) for all project tracking purposes. Responsibilities also include creating functional process fit/gap analysis documentation, making suggestions for process improvements, and following Technology Services best practices.
