About The Position

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst for our banking client on a project basis. This contract role is hybrid in Uptown Charlotte, North Carolina.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting, finance, or other related fields
4+ years of relevant business analyst experience
Ability to work on-site at least three days a week
Qualified applicants must reside in the continental U.S.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States now and in the future. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Responsibilities

Lead requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to identify business needs and document functional specifications
Conduct data analysis to inform business decision-making and identify opportunities for process improvement
Develop and maintain comprehensive business process documentation, including flowcharts and use cases
Collaborate with IT and product teams to ensure seamless implementation of solutions
Facilitate workshops and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders
Monitor project progress and provide clear reporting on outcomes and performance metrics
