The focus of this position is to work closely with the business units to gain in-depth understanding of customer's business strategy, processes, services, roadmap and the context in which the business team operates. This role will be key to understanding and documenting capabilities and business, functional and technical requirements needed to address business challenges. Business Analysts work closely with Business resources and stakeholders, internal Technology teams, and various vendors and third-party consultants and implementers.

Requirements

5-10 years working in a financial services environment with special emphasis on coordinating business, functional and technical requirements and/or project management across large cross functional teams, programs or projects
3+ years with ALL of the following tools/systems: Salesforce CRM Platform, nCino Loan Origination System, and JIRA
Advanced knowledge of general IT and business operations
Exposure to Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) including Agile and Scrum Methodologies

Nice To Haves

Salesforce Administrator Certification a plus

Responsibilities

Liaison with Business Units to gather business, functional, and technical requirements for new initiatives
Work with IT Internal Teams to optimize workflow and ensure tasks defined in the project plan are understood and executed
Ensure overall compliance with the Enterprise Project Management Office’s (ePMO) project governance framework
Function as a key member of a across functional team to assist with defining and executing on delivery and implementation plans
Create and manage JIRA stories in collaboration with developers throughout the SDLC process
Other duties as assigned
