As a Senior Business Analyst, you'll work with the brightest minds in the business and find yourself digging deep to find the solutions to help people live healthier lives. You'll be responsible for analyzing, reviewing and forecasting data for operational and business planning to impact the health care system. As the subject matter expert, you will be accountable for overseeing Member Operations for Integrated Products, with a particular emphasis on IB Duals and MAP. The role involves close collaboration with our Regulator, Compliance, and Operations colleagues to ensure all member-facing materials, including call scripts, FAQs, handbooks, websites, and complaint handling, are managed promptly and with exceptional attention to detail. If you are located in New York Metropolitan, you will have the flexibility to work remotely as you take on some tough challenges. This position is remote with 15%25 field travel within New York territory.
Requirements
- 3+ years of business or financial analysis experience
- 2+ years of experience in Medicare and Medicaid
- Solid working knowledge of relational databases and database structures
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Microsoft Excel, MS Teams)
- Willing to travel within NY territory 15%25 of the time
Responsibilities
- Analyze, review, forecast and trend complex data
- Present analysis and recommendations for operational and business review/planning
- Support short- and long-term operational/strategic business activities through analysis
- Develop, recommend and implement business solutions through research and analysis of data and business processes
