About The Position
We're looking for a Senior Business Analyst to be the connective tissue between our business teams and our data/tech teams — someone who can translate big goals into smart action plans and turn raw numbers into decisions that matter. We’re looking for a Subject-Matter Expert in Credit Union Products & Operations who can bridge the gap between big ideas and brilliant execution. You’ll be the strategic liaison between business leaders and technical/data teams — turning operational needs and strategic goals into powerful, data-driven solutions that actually move the needle. In short: you’ll help us grow smarter. You won’t just analyze performance — you’ll shape it. You won’t just report on strategy — you’ll help define it. Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field
- 10+ years of business analysis experience (credit union or financial institution preferred)
- Deep knowledge of lending processes, deposit products, compliance, and regulatory considerations
- Expert-level understanding of credit union operations, workflows, product lifecycles, and performance metrics
- Tableau or Power BI skills that make executives say “Wow”
- Sharp eye for detail + strategic mindset + proactive problem-solving superpowers
- Exceptional communicator who can talk data with analysts and strategy with leadership

Responsibilities
- Design lifecycle analyses, segmentation strategies, and relationship analytics to uncover hidden growth opportunities.
- Keep tabs on competitors’ products, pricing, and trends — then turn insights into smarter strategies that boost product penetration and engagement.
- Partner across teams to design credit union-wide solutions that improve performance and drive sustainable growth.
- Research, position, and refine products so they’re not just available — they’re irresistible.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership. Challenge assumptions. Bring bold insights. Drive transformation.
- Design streamlined frameworks using automation, process improvements, and advanced reporting.
- Turn big-picture objectives into actionable initiatives with measurable impact.
- Deliver executive-ready reports that don’t just describe the data — they tell a story and inspire action.
- Build KPIs and dashboards focused on lending and deposit operations that clearly show what’s working (and what’s not).
- Create powerful dashboards using Oracle BI, Tableau, or Power BI that make complex data beautifully simple.
