Mastercard Revenue Operations & Enablement, part of Revenue Accounting Services in GBSC, is looking for a skilled Senior Business Analyst to partner with Mastercard business stakeholders across strategic initiatives impacting enterprise Revenue systems. In this role, you will: Lead requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders across Mastercard. Translate business requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications for development teams. Document business processes, workflows, and data flows related to revenue systems initiatives. Facilitate strategy meetings and workshops to align upstream and downstream process changes required for revenue systems initiatives. Collaborate with developers, QA, and project managers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of system changes. Monitor project milestones, KPIs, and deliverables to ensure alignment with business goals and regulatory deadlines. Prepare and deliver presentations, user-guides and knowledge articles for end users. The ideal candidate for the position should: Hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a closely related discipline. Demonstrate continual experience in business analysis, preferably in billing, payments, or financial systems through their career. Have intermediate to advanced proficiency in requirements lifecycle management methodologies. Possess excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Possess working knowledge of billing software (preferably MCBS), enterprise tools Salesforce, Remedy, ALM and data analysis tools (Excel, Power Suite, Alteryx) Have the ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams. Requirements
