As a Senior Business Analyst, you’ll act as both solution consultant and change agent, owning the end‑to‑end lifecycle of initiatives that support critical business processes and systems. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Business Administration (with an IT focus), or equivalent experience
  • (Two years of experience may substitute for one year of education)
  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting the design, development, and implementation of systems or applications
  • Strong experience writing business requirements, process maps, test scripts, and training materials
  • Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and project management skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non‑technical audiences

Nice To Haves

  • Financial institution or credit union experience
  • Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM)
  • Experience with Symitar Episys Quest, Servicing Director, and Akcelerant
  • SQL scripting for reporting and data analysis
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 Power Platform, Crystal Reports, and Adobe Acrobat

Responsibilities

  • Partnering with business units as their primary IT liaison, building trusted stakeholder relationships
  • Developing business process models, business requirements, user stories, and product backlogs
  • Managing projects to ensure on‑time, high‑quality delivery
  • Supporting assigned functional areas in the daily use of approved technologies, including troubleshooting and issue resolution
  • Collaborating on the planning, design, development, and deployment of new applications and system enhancements
  • Serving as the subject‑matter expert for critical business processes and member delivery channels
  • Leading system testing activities, including test script creation, issue tracking, and end‑user signoff
  • Coordinating with vendors, reviewing design documents, change orders, and billing as needed
  • Analyzing current systems and recommending improvements, upgrades, and optimizations
  • Staying current on technology trends, fintech innovations, and industry best practices
  • Mentoring and training junior staff as needed
  • Ensuring compliance with all internal policies, security standards, and applicable federal regulations (including BSA)
