Highly motivated , energeti c, and organized We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to partner with business stakeholders and technology teams to turn business needs into clear requirements, user stories, reports and process improvements that deliver measurable value.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, MIS, CIS, Computer Science, Economics (data/tech focus) or equivalent
  • Experience with Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and tools such as Jira, Asana or ServiceNow
  • Familiarity with application security and data/BI concepts
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • Proven experience in requirements gathering, user stories, technical documentation and stakeholder facilitation
  • Solid communication, problem-solving and process-improvement experience
  • Strong SQL / T-SQL skills for data discovery and validation

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in multi-family real-estate
  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau or similar BI tools
  • Familiarity with Azure, Snowflake, Databricks, Sigma or data warehousing concepts
  • Master’s degree
  • Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA) certification

Responsibilities

  • Elicit, analyze and document business requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Translate roadmap features into actionable tasks for Engineering and QA
  • Lead requirements validation with stakeholders and technical teams (Data, BI, Integration, Front-end)
  • Create and maintain business process maps, requirements docs and test cases
  • Produce dashboards/reports and collaborate with BI to deliver visualizations for business and project performance
  • Identify automation/AI opportunities and recommend process improvements to boost efficiency
  • Support Agile delivery: backlog grooming, sprint planning, demos and release coordination
  • Assist project managers with scope, traceability and delivery risk mitigation
