Responsibilities

Lead the month-end close process: journal entry generation, account and inventory reconciliation
Prepare financial statements and management reports with accompanying analysis
Manage regulatory compliance filings, including monthly Excise Tax returns
Support annual audit preparation and provide audit assistance as needed
Provide cross-functional coverage for Accounting Staff during peak periods
Deliver business analytics focused on operational performance and management decision-making
Support Sales Management with analysis, field promotion processing, and marketing spend tracking to the program level
Assist the CFO with annual plan preparation and supporting analytics
Serve as a Power User of NetSuite; identify and drive process improvements in partnership with Finance and IT
Contribute to the adoption and optimization of cloud-based reporting tools
Design complex Excel models (pivot tables, lookups, and advanced formulas) to analyze financial data, improve reporting accuracy, and drive business insights.
