As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a key role in analyzing business needs and providing strategic solutions to enhance operational efficiency.   • Expertise in exemplifying change management best practices.

Nice To Haves

  • BS/BA in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze business needs and provide strategic solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Manage project timelines and execution while collaborating with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
  • Work with technical teams to design and implement solutions that meet business needs and identify project risks.
  • Serve as a liaison between users and technical teams, facilitating the integration of systems and processes.
  • Exemplify change management best practices by applying principles to projects and developing training materials.
