About The Position
This role is a Lead business analyst with experience in IT Solutions to join our Client Experience Practice. This role will lead meetings for business analysis, functional design, business process design, and user enablement needs. This role is responsible for overseeing customer's needs to ascertain requirements, strive to build and maintain strong customer relations as well as ensure client expectations are successfully met.
