About The Position

As a member of the digital product team, the Senior Business Analyst will be pivotal in driving the success of our digital initiatives by translating business needs into actionable requirements ensuring seamless product delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in digital product development.
  • Demonstrated proven experience with order flow, financial processes, and working within ERP systems.
  • Experience with SQL and data analysis tools.
  • Extensive knowledge of eCommerce platforms and technologies with a strong emphasis on Salesforce.com (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc).
  • Experience in the pharmacy or healthcare industry (a plus).

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations) to gather and document comprehensive business requirements.
  • Translate business needs into clear user stories, functional specifications, and process flows.
  • Conduct gap analyses to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
  • Analyze existing order processing, fulfillment, and financial workflows to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Identify areas for automation and efficiency gains within financial processes.
  • Configure and customize Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) to meet specific business requirements.
  • Develop and maintain documentation and training materials for Salesforce and eCommerce platforms, including Sales & Commerce Cloud.
  • Participate in all phases of the product development lifecycle, from ideation to deployment and post-launch support.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate that solutions meet business requirements.
  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the development team, ensuring clear understanding of project status and deliverables.
  • Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations to gather requirements and provide updates.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and insights that inform product development decisions.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
