About The Position

Our client, located in St. Cloud, MN, is seeking two Senior Business Analysts; one contractor and one direct-hire. This opportunity offers a hybrid schedule: remote work on Mondays and Fridays, with in-office presence required Tuesdays through Thursdays in St. Cloud. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. The Senior Business Analyst leads full project lifecycle efforts, gathering and analyzing business requirements, collaborating with technical teams, and supporting solution adoption.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Business Administration.
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst working with a major ERP system.
• Proven success in gathering business requirements and executing projects.
• Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder relationships and influence decisions.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall software development methodologies.
• Familiarity with Visio or similar business process definition tools.
• Knowledge of relational database concepts and basic SQL skills.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to business stakeholders, shaping and delivering technology solutions aligned with company strategy.
• Lead full project lifecycle activities including feasibility assessments, scope definition, planning, execution, and change management.
• Gather and document business requirements through interviews and stakeholder engagement.
• Analyze business processes to identify improvement opportunities and recommend solutions.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure alignment between solutions and business needs.
• Develop QA/testing plans, training materials, and process documentation to support adoption.
• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across all levels of the organization.
• Communicate complex ideas clearly through verbal, written, and visual formats.
• Facilitate discussions, build consensus, and guide value-focused decision-making.
• Manage communication plans, lead meetings, and provide timely updates.
