About The Position
As a Senior Business Analyst at Spectrum Business, you will use your analytical expertise to align business functions and organizational goals. You will drive revenue improvements through process redesigns and the integration of new products or services. Your role involves gathering data from multiple sources, analyzing complex business operations, and providing strategies to simplify and enhance the client experience. You will create new or update existing documentation for initiatives and enhancements to systems, tools, and processes, working with several business units to present solutions, requirements, and status updates. Collaboration with teams both in person and digitally within an office environment is key.
