About The Position
As a Senior Business Analyst at Rust-Oleum Corporation, you will play a crucial role in our IT department, specifically focusing on SAP Order-To-Cash (OTC) processes. This position requires a seasoned professional with 5-7 years of experience in order management, pricing, and logistics. You will be responsible for translating business requirements into technical specifications, ensuring that our SAP systems are configured to meet the needs of the organization effectively. Your expertise will be vital in designing, configuring, and testing solutions that align with best practices in the industry. You will participate in all phases of full-lifecycle SAP SD OTC implementations, including Make-To-Stock (MTS) and Make-To-Order (MTO) scenarios. This role demands strong leadership skills as you will lead various IT projects within a mid-sized company. Effective communication is essential, as you will need to convey issues, concerns, and problems to supervisors and team members clearly. Collaboration is key, and you will work respectfully with both internal and external partners while adhering to all safety procedures and company policies. In addition to project management, you will assist staff and users in resolving software-related problems, ensuring a smooth operational flow. Your analytical and troubleshooting skills will be put to the test in a post-go-live environment, where you will provide end-user support and ensure that the systems are functioning optimally. This position offers a hybrid work schedule, allowing for two remote days per week, providing flexibility while maintaining productivity.
