Work Location This position offers a hybrid schedule (3 days in the office) for collaboration days, team meetings or other in-person events. The position can be based in West Bend or Madison. Responsibilities
- Supports business operations by analyzing requirements.
- Assesses current practices, collects information and analyzes industry trends to determine organizational objectives.
- Creates specifications from which solutions will be designed.
- Helps design new solutions by analyzing clients' requirements.
- Make recommendations and improves system by studying the products.
- Prepares reports by analyzing and summarizing the information and trends.
- Provides expertise in business processes and is responsible for formulating scope and objectives relative to the requirements.
- Responsible for providing guidance concerning the business implications of the application of various systems.
- Defines and modifies procedures to solve complex problems related to capacity, limitations, efficiencies, and desired results.
- Provides management and analysis of business data for use in decision making and organizational efficiency improvement initiatives.
- Writes queries or reports to provide data for various analytical projects.
- May have quality assurance responsibilities as well.
- Performs work with a high degree of latitude.
