About The Position
The Senior Business Analyst (Sr. BA) is responsible for aligning Genesco's IT strategy and planning with divisional business goals. This includes updating and maintaining operating methodologies, scoping new commitments, and ensuring adherence to departmental needs and best practices. The Sr. Business Analyst acts as a leader in resolving complex business problems, serving as a subject matter expert who guides the business, provides direction, and has authority in decision-making related to functions, projects, and teams. This role involves working with divisional management and Genesco IT resources to deliver scalable, adaptable solutions that meet the changing business needs of the division and Genesco.
