About The Position

This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in healthcare operations by supporting and optimizing revenue cycle management processes. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to implement systems, analyze workflows, and recommend improvements that enhance efficiency, automation, and accuracy. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a healthcare or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in medical billing, revenue cycle management, claims processing, or related healthcare operations.
  • Expertise in claims lifecycle, medical billing, remittance, and healthcare regulations.
  • Experience with X12 Healthcare transactions (835 required) and host system installations/migrations (Epic, Cerner, etc.).
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong project management skills, including working in Agile team environments.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across diverse internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills for documenting solutions and delivering training.

Responsibilities

  • Support deployment and implementation of revenue cycle management systems for clients and internal teams.
  • Analyze processes, recommend improvements, and optimize workflows for efficiency and accuracy.
  • Document complex technical solutions and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Estimate project scope, complexity, and timelines while contributing to planning and execution.
  • Provide technical support, including testing, troubleshooting, debugging, and implementing system updates.
  • Lead problem-solving for complex issues and provide guidance and training to teams and clients.
  • Track project tasks, change requests, and high-severity issues while maintaining project plans.
  • Build strong client relationships and participate in regular calls to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
