The Senior Business Analyst will play a key role in supporting Oracle ERP (Fusion) and broader finance transformation initiatives across the Corporate Finance Systems landscape. This role will focus on functional design, system configuration, and business process improvements-particularly related to Chart of Accounts (COA) redesign, Fixed Assets implementation, and Procure-to-Pay processes. The analyst will work closely with Finance stakeholders to gather requirements, configure ERP modules, support testing, and ensure solutions align with business objectives. In addition to owning key Oracle EBS and Fusion configurations, this role will contribute to other workstreams within the finance transformation program, supporting modernization efforts across systems, integrations, and reporting. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience with Oracle EBS Financials, strong analytical skills, and the ability to bridge the gap between business needs and system capabilities.
