About The Position
As a Senior Business Analyst at Capital One, you will apply your strategic and analytical skills to major company challenges. This role is for the AirKey team, part of the Emerging Payments & AirKey group at Capital One. AirKey is a new method of authentication, effectively turning the payment card into a hardware authenticator, that can help reduce fraud and drive customer engagement for banks and other third parties. The AirKey team is focused on building a new commercial business based on this proprietary technology developed and patented by Capital One. As Senior Associate, Business Analyst, you will support a new, emerging business for Capital One that will require the Senior Analyst to lean into the unknown to solve new problems that have not yet been tackled by the company. Success will require completing tasks autonomously, delivering on-time results grounded in near-error free results, and learning to handle and navigate ambiguity. The ability to provide structure and build the right bounds in a white space strategic environment will be critical to achieving success.
