We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our Customer Solutions team supporting Batch processing within the Personalized Planning & Advice for Workplace (PP&A-W) product area. This role is pivotal in driving enhancements to our managed accounts offering, with a focus on batch systems and multi-functional collaboration across Fidelity's Workplace Investing (WI) and Retail domains. You will work with your squad in an Agile framework to provide effective partnership through communication, business and system requirements definition, partner management, program management and the ability to collaborate across our Workplace and Retail business and technology teams in the broader planning & advice ecosystem. Your work will directly impact the experience of plan sponsors and participants by enabling scalable, efficient, and customer-centric solutions. We collaborate with Wealth, WI, Legal, Risk and Compliance, Strategic Advisors. Partnership with various levels throughout the organization is critical while applying your expertise in Agile and a passion for learning and integrating investment capabilities. The Customer Solutions team is responsible for helping the business achieve results. Our role is to turn business objectives into useful plans and solutions that deliver outstanding customer value. The PP&A Batch Squad is aligned to the PPAW Managed Solutions Foundation and Capabilities group responsible for large and systemic processing and review of participants eligible for and enrolled in Fidelity's workplace managed account products. The squad systematically processes over 4 million interactions and facilitates the delivery of over 6 million pieces of participant communications annually.
