About The Position

CORPAY is currently looking to hire a Senior Business Analyst within our Product division for 6 months. This position falls under our Lodging line of business and is located in Atlanta, GA. In this role, you will support documentation & process mapping initiatives within the Client’s Lodging Division, Vendor has been engaged to provide a dedicated pod of resources. This pod will work in alignment with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of initiatives and improved operational efficiency. You will report directly to Chief Product Officer of Lodging and regularly collaborate with teams and departments. As a Senior BA you will be expected to work in a virtual environment. CORPAY will set you up for success by providing: Assigned workspace in home office set up. Company-issued equipment + remote access

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of business analysis experience
  • Experience working on cross-functional projects
  • Background in process improvement, systems implementation, or digital transformation
  • Experience supporting enterprise-level initiatives
  • Industry experience (fintech, payments, SaaS, banking, etc. if relevant)

Responsibilities

  • Provide oversight and general management of the Business Analyst within the functional pod in this SOW.
  • Provide weekly progress reports to Client stakeholders.
  • Elicit, analyze, and document business needs by conducting interviews and surveys with stakeholders and customers.
  • Create and maintain up-to-date documentation for business processes, ensuring accessibility and clarity for all stakeholders.
  • Analyze user behavior and product usage using available data sources.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and innovation based on data-driven insights.
  • Analyze existing business and product processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
  • Recommend and implement process changes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve profitability.
  • Document and socialize process improvements across teams.
