Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in any quantitative field (Business, Math, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Science, Engineering).
• At least 1 year of experience in analysis.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to address high-leverage, high-visibility challenges throughout the Card business.
• Develop insights that will drive growth, profitability, and competitive success for Capital One.
• Present to senior management on learnings, opportunities, and proposed solutions.
• Identify business challenges and opportunities for improvement and solve for them using analysis to make strategic or tactical recommendations.
• Work closely with partners across Card to understand and address challenges across tech, credit, operations, and more.
• Invest in the development of peer analysts in your organization.
