The Senior Business Analyst will analyze customer and sales data from internal and external sources to provide actionable insights to decision-makers. This role involves identifying and interpreting trends and patterns in datasets to locate influences, constructing forecasts and recommendations based on business data and market knowledge, and creating specifications for reports and analysis based on business needs and required or available data elements. The analyst may directly produce datasets and reports for analysis using system reporting tools, work with stakeholders to design and interpret AB test results, and build business cases for new projects and features. Additionally, the role includes maintaining dashboards and data pipelines to make data available to stakeholders. Telecommuting is permitted up to 100%.
