About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Finance Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to join our team. This role is responsible for supporting the Finance function with daily ad hoc reporting, data analysis, and audit-related requirements. The ideal candidate combines strong financial acumen with technical BI skills to deliver timely insights, ensure compliance, and support decision-making across the organization.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economy, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in Finance BI, Financial Analysis, or Audit-related BI roles.
Experience working in a regulated industry (e.g., banking, fintech, crypto) is a plus.
Strong proficiency in SQL and relational databases.
Experience with BI/Visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or Looker).
Familiarity with finance systems (ERP, accounting software) and data warehouse concepts.
Business proficiency in Mandarin is required to converse with mandarin-speaking stakeholders based in other markets.

Experience working in a regulated industry (e.g., banking, fintech, crypto) is a plus.

Responsibilities

Ad Hoc Finance Requests Develop, generate, and automate financial reports to support daily operational and management requirements.
Provide data-driven insights for Finance, Audit, and Compliance stakeholders.
Respond quickly and accurately to urgent financial data inquiries.
Finance Audit Support Prepare and maintain audit-ready financial data and reports.
Collaborate with Finance, Risk, and Compliance teams to provide evidence and documentation for internal and external audits.
Ensure BI processes align with audit and compliance standards.
Data Management & BI Development Build, enhance, and maintain dashboards and data models in BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or similar).
Partner with Finance teams to identify reporting gaps and implement automated solutions.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across multiple financial systems.
Stakeholder Collaboration Work closely with Finance, Audit, and Risk teams to understand evolving requirements.
Translate business needs into BI solutions that are clear, actionable, and scalable.
Present complex financial data in a clear and concise manner for non-technical stakeholders
