Responsibilities

  • Enable Strategic Impact: You will translate rich insights into compelling, customer‑centric stories that inform merchandising strategies across assortment, pricing, promotions, in‑store experience. You influence strategy for addressing emerging trends including – but not limited to – multicultural and health & wellness initiatives. You will collaborate with cross‑functional partners to shape recommendations that support Kroger’s strategic objectives and performance.
  • Champion the Customer : Be the unwavering voice of the Kroger shopper, ensuring that every strategic recommendation and activation plan is grounded in a profound understanding of their needs, behaviors, and motivations.
