SENIOR BUILDING ENGINEER POSITION DESCRIPTION Fulltime: Hourly, Non-Exempt Reports to: Property Manager (or Assistant Property Manager) and Chief Engineer POSITION profile PURPOSE: To support Property Management team, Supervisor, and Moody Rambin in sustaining a portfolio of highly satisfied customers while serving as a valued member of a high performing team and company.
