Building Automation Design Engineers also make recommendations for productivity improvements and cost reductions to increase customer satisfaction and job profitability. This position is offered as a hybrid role, combining the flexibility of remote work with the benefits of in-person collaboration. Team members may be required from time to time to visit the Siemens local office and/or worksite based on project expectations, with the remaining time remote. Specific scheduling may vary based on team needs, project timelines, and individual performance.
