About The Position

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Senior Budget Analyst to join a federal program located in El Segundo, CA. The Senior Budget Analyst will support the SSC/SN organization and mission partners, with a broad range of financial management support and support high-visibility or mission critical aspects of a given program while performing all functional duties independently.

Requirements

• 10 years or more directly applicable experience in DoD Financial Management.
• 8 years or more shall include duties/assignments specifically in support of space programs - AFSPC or SSC experience a plus.
• 5 years or more with CCAR.
• 3 years or more FM Suite and WAWF.
• 5 years or more with MS Office.
• Masters degree in a related field, such as Management, Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Science, Technology, Engineering, Statistics required. No Masters Degree requires an additional 4 years or more of relevant experience.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States and obtain and maintain an U.S. Government Active Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Support the development, procurement, data collection, usage, modification/enhancement, implementation, integration, testing, documentation, verification, validation, protection and maintenance of tools, processes, guidelines, methodologies, models, simulations, databases, and web sites.
• Develop, train, brief, integrate, correlate, and analyze various phases of PPE within the DoD portfolio.
• Budget Exhibit Preparation, Staffer Day Briefings, Analysis Reporting, Spring Program Review Investment Budget Review, and PMRs, POM, and PPBE.
• Review program documents for consistency with applicable military, federal, state, local, contractual, commercial, or international statutes, regulations, policies, publications, directives, instructions, executive orders, codes, requirements or standards and report findings to the Government.
