About The Position

About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Brokerage Relationship Manager to join our Independent Advisor Group as part of Wealth & Investment Management. In this role, you will: Lead and manage the successful transition of internal and external advisors and teams into the Financial Network (FiNet) channel Manage client relationships and participate in initiatives regarding servicing, support and growth Identify opportunities for process improvements Maintain and analyze business, operational, or technical assignments that involve research, evaluation, and service Exercise independent judgment to ensure the highest level of client satisfaction Build and maintain excellent relationships and meet regularly with senior leaders to communicate trends and workable solutions Provide recommendations to determine operational needs and exercise independent judgment to manage relationships Communicate trends and recommend solutions Manage, support and resolve issues to ensure retention, growth and satisfaction Manage projects, troubleshoots issues and follow up on operational, technical or client transition issues Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals

Requirements

  • 4+ years of Business Relationship experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
