Your Opportunity, Your Team Under the supervision of the Manager, Broadcast IT, you will provide administration for the QVC US broadcast IT infrastructure and support end-users. You will provide root cause analysis of escalated and complex incidents/problems related to our systems, impart technical expertise of established standards to the team, and manage and optimize system performance of broadcast IT infrastructure to ensure 24x7x365 availability. You will work with Broadcast Engineering Architects to determine requirements for new broadcast IT systems and manage installations. Support the IT specific portions of all broadcast systems (video routers, audio mixers, cameras, intercom) Where You'll Work This role is onsite and will require you to work from our West Chester, PA location. Relocation assistance is not available for this role. This role is included in an on-call rotation schedule. What You'll Do You will provide 2nd and 3rd tier technical support for the QVC US broadcast IT systems, including after-hours support You will be accountable for equipment specifications, system design, and installation You will oversee project integrations and ensure all tasks are completed within accepted timelines You will evaluate and test of all broadcast IT infrastructure's hardware and software You will lead setup and configuration of broadcast IT systems You will be a subject matter expert for broadcast IT disaster recovery implementation, and testing What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree in computer science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field of study is required. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field of study is required. Equivalent work experience in a related field may considered
6 - 8 years' experience working in a broadcasting IT multi-tiered environment, installing, monitoring and troubleshooting broadcast systems is required
Proficiency with CAD or other Broadcast Line drawing software

Nice To Haves

IT certification preferred (CCNA/CCNP, Microsoft, VMWare)
