We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Video Engineer to join our dynamic global corporate team. This pivotal role will be responsible for providing advanced technical support, managing local video systems, and collaborating with project teams on new installations. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the reliability, performance, and ongoing development of our video infrastructure across multiple sites worldwide. Day-To-Day Responsibilities: Third Line Support for Global Maintenance Teams Act as the escalation point for complex video-related issues encountered by our global maintenance teams. Provide expert troubleshooting and resolution for hardware and software problems affecting video systems worldwide. Collaborate remotely with regional teams to diagnose and resolve persistent issues, ensuring minimal disruption to operations. Document solutions and create technical guides to support first and second line teams. Take ownership of local video systems, including Evertz, Ross, and Riedel equipment. Manage and execute firmware and software updates for both core and edge devices, ensuring systems are secure and up-to-date. Plan and implement future enhancements, features, and upgrades to optimise video spaces. Work closely with local operations teams to gather requirements, address concerns, and deliver tailored solutions that support business needs. Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement. Project Team Collaboration – New Installations partner with project teams to provide technical guidance throughout the lifecycle of new video system installations. Participate in system design, installation, configuration, and commissioning activities. Ensure all systems are installed to the highest standards, fully tested, and integrated with existing infrastructure. Deliver technical documentation and training to stakeholders and end-users when required.
