The position is for a highly motivated and technically proficient Senior Structures Project Engineer to lead and execute complex bridge design projects, primarily within California. The ideal candidate will have deep, specialized experience in the design of roadway and railroad bridges, exceptional knowledge of Caltrans design standards, and a proven track record of successful project delivery from planning through final design. This role requires a proactive and self-motivated professional capable of managing project budgets, mentoring junior staff, and serving as a technical resource for our Structures group.
