About The Position
The Senior Bridge Engineer II is responsible for leading and directing structural engineering duties on bridge design projects of varying complexity. This role involves supervising bridge engineers, managing project budgets and schedules, coordinating with multi-discipline teams, and ensuring compliance with quality control practices. The engineer will also engage with clients, prepare proposals, and provide technical guidance while mentoring junior staff.
