About The Position
We are seeking a Senior Bridge Engineer / Discipline Project Lead to lead bridge design delivery while partnering with Project Managers. This role focuses on managing technical scope, production, and quality.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
- 15+ years of bridge design experience
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- Strong experience with ODOT bridge standards and production
Responsibilities
- Serve as bridge discipline lead for ODOT, county, and municipal transportation projects
- Lead bridge plan development and production efforts
- Coordinate with roadway, drainage, geotechnical, and utilities teams
- Oversee QA/QC reviews and design risk management
- Provide mentoring and technical oversight to bridge staff
- Serve as Engineer of Record as required
