About The Position

As a Senior Brand Designer, your work will be instrumental in helping to shape a strong, consistent, and memorable brand across every touchpoint for our customers. You’ll continue to scale our brand identity, partnering closely amongst design and cross-functional teams to build a brand that resonates with our customers and sets us apart from the market. This role is ideal for a systems-minded designer with a passion for visual excellence and creative flair, who thrives in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in brand design
  • A portfolio that demonstrates strong visual systems thinking, and storytelling with a high bar for craft.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment and the ability to be able to tackle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Passion for design and visual storytelling.
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to articulate creative rationale to both creative and non-creative stakeholders.
  • Comfortable in design tools (Figma, Adobe)

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience working for a B2B company or experience working in healthcare or AI
  • Comfortable designing web pages and love to create unique, branded experiences that help tell a story

Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve the brand identity. Ensure visual cohesion throughout all of our channels and strengthen trust and recognition across every audience interaction.
  • Craft narratives that elevate our brand. You’ll work across different mediums, design campaigns and build experiences that translate complex business ideas into a clear and compelling narrative.
  • Create scalable design systems. Develop templates, build design systems and shape the evolution of the brand.
  • Translate data and insights into creative concepts that differentiate us. Help us continuously push the mark forwards and position ourselves as industry leaders.
  • Collaborate across teams. Work alongside stakeholders and fellow designers to help produce assets that elevate our brand, and ensure a high level of polish and consistency across the company.
