Senior Brand Designer
About The Position
The Senior Brand Designer is a hands-on, lead designer responsible for executing and evolving the brand’s visual world across packaging, campaigns, and key digital touch points. This role brings exceptional design craft, strong systems thinking, and production fluency—ensuring every output is cohesive, elevated, and unmistakably on-brand. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally to translate brand strategy into thoughtful, precise design—building scalable frameworks while maintaining high standards across everything from packaging to UX-informed site updates.
Requirements
- 8–10+ years of experience in brand design, visual identity, and/or packaging design
- Strong packaging background, including production workflows and vendor collaboration (beauty/wellness/CPG preferred)
- Excellent design fundamentals: typography, layout, systems thinking, and a sharp eye for detail
- Strong visual judgment and comfort reviewing photography, making selects, and providing retouching direction
- Working knowledge of UX and e-commerce best practices
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; Figma preferred
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable collaborating cross-functionally
