About The Position

We’re seeking a Senior Brand Designer (Social-First) to support a bold, future-facing initiative with one of the world’s most recognized brands. This role is for a designer with incredible taste—someone who can build beautiful, consistent, social-first creative that helps a global leader show up in the AI era with clarity and style. We’re looking for a designer with strong brand design and art direction instincts who can jump into Figma with the team, design standout graphics, and help shape visual identity systems that scale across social content. You’re a visual thinker who moves fast, sweats details, and knows how to translate brand into content that feels premium, current, and made for the feed. The Ideal Candidate Taste-led. You have a sharp eye for typography, composition, layout, and color—and you know what “good” looks like. System-minded. You can build and evolve visual identity systems (templates, toolkits, rules, and components) that keep content consistent at speed. Social-first. You understand how design needs to perform on social—clarity, hierarchy, thumb-stopping moments, and platform nuances. Collaborative. You’re comfortable partnering with copywriters, producers, and other creatives in a fast-paced environment with real-time feedback. Fast + thoughtful. You can iterate quickly without letting quality slip.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in brand design, ideally with social-first or campaign-heavy work
  • Must apply with a portfolio showcasing brand-driven design (systems, campaigns, social toolkits, high-craft graphics)
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma (components, styles, libraries, collaboration workflows)
  • Strong foundation in typography, layout, composition, and visual storytelling through design
  • Experience designing for multiple channels and adapting work to platform constraints and specs
  • Comfortable working quickly, iterating often, and incorporating feedback in real time

Nice To Haves

  • Experience partnering closely with motion/video editors to ensure design systems translate into motion cleanly
  • Illustration skills, custom iconography, or strong collage/asset-building chops
  • Experience working within large brand ecosystems (guidelines, approvals, multiple stakeholders)
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled creative tooling (helpful, not required)

Responsibilities

  • Design social-first graphics and assets for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, and LinkedIn
  • Create and evolve visual identity systems tailored for social (toolkits, templates, component libraries, layout rules)
  • Translate creative direction into scalable design outputs that maintain brand consistency across content series and campaigns
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (copy, motion, producers, AI creatives) to bring concepts to life with strong craft
  • Work directly in Figma—organizing files, building components, and collaborating in shared workspaces
  • Contribute to art direction support (look/feel guidance, visual references, polish) as needed
  • Maintain clean, organized design files, asset libraries, and versioning to support rapid production cycles
