The Marketing Team is looking for a Senior Designer (Contractor) to further the Greenlight mission by creating stunning visuals that tell compelling stories about the brand, Greenlight products, partnerships, customer acquisition and family engagement across all Greenlight channels and touchpoints. This role will collaborate with brand and product designers, copywriters, marketing managers, and content strategists to concept and create cutting-edge design solutions for complex brand and business challenges. This designer will work within our brand guidelines to bring a high level of craft to execute campaigns across a variety of channels including out-of-home, email, organic, and paid social. This role will flex across the creative team to bring strategic & creative solutions to growth, partnerships, and customer marketing teams. This role is a remote contract position expected to last ~3 months. Who you are: A skilled graphic designer with strong brand instincts who can deliver polished, high-quality design solutions across campaigns, marketing, and production work. Able to work independently and as a collaborator on a team. Excited to collaborate with marketing, product, and partnerships teams to deliver high-volume, high-quality work on tight timelines. Able to take creative briefs and deliver high-fidelity designs across campaigns, landing pages, social, events, and other marketing assets. Able to clearly communicate design concepts, verbally and visually. Able to give and receive constructive feedback. Curious, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
