Senior Brand & Content Marketing Manager

LoopBoston, MA
1dRemote

About The Position

At Loop, we’re on a mission to transform the post-purchase experience for modern ecommerce brands. We power returns, tracking, and reverse logistics for 5,000+ of the most-loved Shopify brands — including Brooklinen, Figs, Princess Polly, and Ruggable. Content and brand are critical to how we shape this category. We believe our biggest growth lever isn’t just paid ads or outbound sales—it’s becoming the most authoritative, creative, and useful voice in ecommerce operations. That’s where you come in. We’re looking for a Senior Brand & Content Marketing Manager to build and scale a modern content and brand function at Loop. This isn’t a role for someone who wants to follow yesterday’s marketing playbook. It’s for a builder: someone who wants to rethink how a SaaS company shows up in the market, build a new category, and make Loop the go-to resource for ecommerce operators. This is a senior IC role owning our content strategy and brand voice end-to-end, with broad ownership and influence. At Loop, we’re intentional about the way we work so that we can do our best work. We call this our Blended Working Environment. We work from our HQ in Columbus, OH, or one of our Hub or Secluded locations, and are distributed throughout the United States, select Canadian provinces, and the United Kingdom. For this position, we’re looking for someone to join us in Eastern or Central Timezones.

Requirements

  • 6+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, ideally with experience in ecommerce operations or data-rich products.
  • An AI-forward mindset: you actively use AI to accelerate research, analysis, drafting, and repurposing, and can help establish best practices that raise the bar for the broader marketing org.
  • A proven track record creating content that drives demand, shapes perception, and helps define a category.
  • Strong data fluency: you’re comfortable digging into raw product usage data, exploring trends, asking smart questions, and synthesizing insights into compelling stories.
  • Sound editorial judgment around data and AI — you know when automation adds leverage and when human insight and context matter most.
  • Hands-on experience with modern marketing and data tools (e.g., HubSpot, Gong, Hex, Figma, analytics tools), and the curiosity to learn new ones as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and own Loop’s content strategy across the funnel: thought leadership, data-backed reports, real-world case studies, and brand-led storytelling.
  • Design, orchestrate, and govern AI-powered content systems that can scale quality, consistency, and personalization.
  • Act as editor-in-chief for Loop’s marketing org—setting standards, reviewing high-impact work, and ensuring every story, campaign and moment feels unmistakably “Loop”.
  • Work closely with Product Marketing, Customer Marketing, Partnerships and Data to turn product usage, returns trends, and Gong calls into the Loop story that builds our category.
  • Become the primary content and SEO owner of the Loop website, testing headlines, updating meta descriptions, writing blogs and case studies, etc.
  • Create (and coach others to create) content that is opinionated, differentiated, and impossible to ignore.
  • Develop content for brand campaigns that build credibility with the right audiences.

  • medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • flexible PTO
  • company holidays
  • sick & safe leave
  • parental leave
  • 401k
  • monthly wellness benefit
  • home workstation benefit
