About The Position

The Senior Brand and Communications Specialist is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing and communication initiatives that strengthen the organization's brand, support business objectives, and engage both external and internal audiences. This role leads the creation of clear, compelling messages and content strategies across digital, print, and presentation platforms, ensuring consistency in brand voice and identity. The specialist coordinates campaigns, manages external communication tools such as websites, social media, and marketing collateral, and supports internal communications through newsletters, employee updates, and events. By combining strong writing, messaging, and project management skills, the Senior Brand and Communications Specialist plays a key role in enhancing visibility, building relationships, and driving organizational success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a similar creative field.
  • 5-8 years of experience in Marketing, Communications, corporate communications, or related roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute integrated marketing and communications strategies.
  • Proven experience managing multichannel campaigns (digital and print).
  • Strong understanding of branding, messaging and content strategy.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools (email platforms, analytics, SEO and social media management).
  • Working knowledge of web design platforms such as WIX, WordPress or similar CMS.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Experience with motion graphics or video editing (Premiere Pro, After Effects or similar platforms).
  • Familiarity with photography for content creation and event coverage.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Collaborative and proactive.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and coordinate integrated marketing and communication campaigns that support organizational goals and brand positioning.
  • Develop key messages and value propositions for external communication tools, including presentations, website content, social media, and marketing collateral.
  • Support content strategy by planning and creating compelling content across digital and print platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align external communication strategies with business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Develop and support content strategy for employee communications, including newsletters and other internal updates.
  • Draft and refine content to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with organizational brand voice and standards.
  • Plan and support internal events, customer meetings, and customer-facing events.
  • Provide creative support through design, photography, and video editing as needed.
