About The Position
Wells Fargo is seeking a Branch Banking Licensed Banker in a temporary position until the employee has successfully completed licensing requirements. Upon successful completion, employees will transition to the Senior Branch Premier Banker (SAFE) role. In this role, you will proactively acquire new affluent consumer and small business customers, deepen existing relationships through outreach and pre-planned appointments, and review and analyze moderately complex customer concerns for possible resolution. You will also advise customers on various financial options and services, maintain a deep knowledge of Wells Fargo’s banking solutions, and partner with peers to meet clients' financial needs. Additionally, you will manage risks by adhering to policies and compliance regulations, collect information from customers to develop customized financial plans, and build relationships with branch colleagues and customers. This position requires compliance with the SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008 and ongoing employment is contingent upon meeting all such requirements.
