Job Description · Risk Analysis & Issue Resolution Assess risks, proactively addressing discrepancies. Investigate error activity, and implement corrective actions. Resolve systemic and operational issues. · Bank Product Reconciliation Reconcile reporting and balancing of various bank products. · Efficiency & Productivity Improvements Propose and implement initiatives to enhance workflow efficiency. Assist with special projects to drive operational improvements. · Documentation & Reporting Develop new procedures and update existing policies. · General Administrative Tasks Utilize standard office equipment and required software applications. Perform additional responsibilities as assigned. · Functional Area Operations & Systems Understanding of operational processes and systems within the assigned functional area. Knowledge of tools, techniques, and procedures for effective task completion. · Banking & Investment Concepts Experience with checking accounts, money markets, and certificates of deposit. Awareness of basic investment practices and securities industry operations.
