Requirements

  • 7 years of management experience, including P&L oversight and profitability improvement, or military leadership with financial planning experience.
  • Leadership skills in recruiting, managing, and developing personnel for high performance and future opportunities.
  • Bachelor's degree or 5 years of operations management in leasing, industrial, construction, or related fields.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to make quick decisions.
  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Excel.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills.
  • Valid driver's license.

Nice To Haves

  • Military leadership experience is valued as management experience.
  • Knowledge of DOT, OSHA, and state-specific safety regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue and profitability by identifying business opportunities, growing sales, and forecasting resource needs for branch operations.
  • Develop and manage the branch's profit and loss (P&L) statement and business plan.
  • Build and maintain a high-performance culture that supports individual and team success.
  • Monitor branch performance through KPIs, safety metrics, revenue, compliance, and new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with functional managers (Finance, Safety, HR, DOT Compliance) to resolve business issues such as revenue, billing, performance, and compliance.
  • Prioritize safety by adhering to all workplace policies and procedures.
  • Manage customer service and relationships to support growth.
  • Ensure proper record-keeping and compliance with company policies and procedures.
