The Senior Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is responsible for developing plans to reduce problem behaviors and teach appropriate replacement behaviors for children, adolescents, and adults with autism and related developmental disabilities. The Senior BCBA will conduct functional behavior assessments, skills assessment and develop behavior and treatment plans in collaboration with parents, caregivers, educators, and other team members. They will also be responsible for developing skills acquisition programming, training parents, behavioral personal care attendant and other caregivers on all behavior change protocols, analyzing data and adjusting plans as needed, based on data. The Senior BCBA is also responsible for the ongoing training and professional development of the ABA department, creating and delivering continuing education training for BCBAs and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
