About The Position
Reliant Healthcare Group is a clinician-owned and clinician-operated pediatric organization committed to delivering high-quality, ethical ABA services while supporting clinician well-being. As we continue to grow in Cypress, TX, we are seeking an experienced Senior BCBA to join our leadership team. This role is ideal for a BCBA who wants clinical influence, manageable caseloads, and professional growth—without burnout or unrealistic productivity demands. The Senior BCBA provides clinical oversight, supervision, and program development while maintaining a balanced, high-quality caseload. This role plays a key part in clinical excellence, staff development, and program consistency.
Requirements
- Active BCBA certification (required)
- Eligible for licensure and practice in Texas
- 3 years experienced preferred
- Experience supervising RBTs and/or junior clinicians
- Strong leadership, communication, and clinical judgment skills
Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
- Supervise and mentor RBTs and BCBAs in training
- Provide clinical guidance to ensure ethical, evidence-based care
- Monitor treatment progress and adjust programs as needed
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams
- Support training, onboarding, and clinical best practices
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
