Senior Blockchain QA Engineer
About The Position
We’re offering a unique opportunity to join Launch Legends (and Autheo) as a part-time Equity Cofounder . Founded nearly four years ago, Launch Legends is at the forefront of bridging Web3 blockchain technology with the next evolution of Web2 integration—bringing businesses on-chain through enterprise-grade solutions, DePIN innovations, and decentralized financial infrastructure. Our flagship project, Autheo , is an AI enabled Layer-Zero OS with an integrated Layer-1 blockchain and complete decentralized infrastructure thast includes decentralized compute, storage, identity, and service marketplaces, as well as a Full-stack development enveronment (DevHub)—engineered for scalable enterprise adoption, developer innovation, and real-world blockchain integration. We're building a world-class QA team to ensure excellence in our blockchain Layer-1/2 solutions, smart contracts, dApps, and decentralized infrastructure. As Blockchain QA Engineer, you'll develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies tailored to blockchain technologies, covering smart contracts, dApps, network protocols, and both functional and non-functional aspects in a cutting-edge Web3 environment.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of proven experience in blockchain technology with hands-on testing of dApps, smart contracts, security, and Web3 fundamentals/tools
- Seasoned background in QA and software testing
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (preferred)

Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive test strategies and plans for blockchain components, including smart contracts, dApps, and network protocols
- Build and maintain testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines for efficient, continuous validation
- Drive regulatory compliance across blockchain testing activities
- Ensure coverage of functional and non-functional testing, including load and stress testing execution
- Review scope and requirements documentation to identify test coverage and scenarios
- Create, maintain, and execute test cases and scripts for both functional and non-functional testing
- Perform Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) mapping
- Stay current with blockchain industry trends, technologies, and best practices to evolve QA methodologies
- Collaborate closely with project teams and act as a QA champion to deliver high-quality coverage and results
- Analyze test results, logs, metrics, and reports to provide actionable insights to stakeholders
