The position may be filled at either the Senior BIM Technician or VDC Specialist level, depending on experience, technical authority, and demonstrated leadership Role Summary This role supports the owner's long‑term stewardship of building and infrastructure information by ensuring BIM and CAD deliverables received from external architects, engineers, and contractors are accurate, standardized, compliant, and reusable . This is not a design production role. Success is measured by information quality, standards compliance, and long‑term usability of owner models and drawings . Core Competencies Problem Solving & Analytical Thinking Ability to assess incomplete, inconsistent, or non‑compliant consultant deliverables and determine practical, standards‑aligned solutions that support owner needs.
