About the role: This is not your typical Billing or Accounts Receivable role. As a key member of our finance team, you will provide "white-glove" service to a small portfolio of our largest and most complex enterprise customers. You will be the dedicated point of contact, managing the entire order-to-cash process from start to finish. This role requires a unique mix of senior-level accounting expertise and proactive customer relationship management . This is a remote position open to candidates residing in the US except Alaska, Austin Metro, Boulder Metro, California, Chicago Metro, Connecticut, Dallas Metro, Denver Metro, Houston Metro, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, Seattle Metro, and Washington, D.C.
