The Role As Senior BI Analyst, you will play a critical role in strengthening data-driven decision-making across the organization. With an increasing focus on performance management and strategic insight, this role will take ownership of complex business dashboards, ensure reliable and timely data availability, and support leaders across the business with meaningful insights. You will take over and further develop an established portfolio of BI solutions, while collaborating closely with stakeholders across Sales, CRM, Customer Service, and Installed Base. This is a senior role requiring proven expertise, autonomy, and the ability to navigate complex data landscapes in a global environment.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience building complex dashboards (Power BI preferred)
  • Experienced in working within a matrix organization, where communication and stakeholder alignment are key
  • Some experience managing internal projects, with proven implementation results — ideally in an international environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, IT, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
  • Driven, trustworthy, and motivated by growth, responsibility, and ownership
  • A strong growth mindset, eager to learn, improve, and share knowledge with others

Responsibilities

  • Build, maintain, and further develop ServiceBI, our consolidated global platform for business data across Sales, CRM, Customer Service, and Installed Base
  • Design, build, and maintain customer-facing service letters and reporting
  • Provide performance management support and enable data-driven decision-making across the organization
  • Ensure data connections from legacy systems are clearly described, established, and tracked end-to-end on a global scale
  • Advise and support dashboard development across the Business Excellence organization, ensuring best practices and consistency
